Registrations will be available soon. Each rider must register individually but enter the event as part of a team of two. Please indicate the team you will be riding with upon registration.


$90 - Entry into the National Trust Urban Polaris costs $90 per rider with all proceeds going to support the activities of The National Trust of Australia (ACT).

(Each entry includes a voucher for a sausage sandwich and a beer or soft drink)


Entry cancellations can be made up to three weeks before the event date when a refund (less 20% administration fee) will be made.

Any cancellations after that date will not be considered for a refund.

Event cancellation, for a number of reasons, is always a possibility and we will endeavour to conduct the event on another date (if possible). The decision to cancel the event will be made by the race committee possibly after consultation with Government Agencies. If the event is cancelled teams can nominate to receive a refund of 75% or accept a 100% transfer of entry to the rescheduled event.


there will be a $150 Cycle Surgery gift voucher for the winning team in each of the nine categories. In addition there will be a $150 Cycle Surgery gift voucher for the overall winning team. We will also have plenty of spot prizes on the day

National Trust Heritage Polaris 2020 must be entered in teams of two under one of the following categories:

  • Men’s Team
  • Women’s Team
  • Mixed Team
  • Men’s Vets Team (Member Combined Age >80
  • Women’s Vets Team (Member Combined Age >80)
  • Mixed Vets Team (Member Combined Age >80)
  • Men’s Super-Vets Team (Member Combined Age >100)
  • Women’s Super-Vets Team (Member Combined Age >100)
  • Mixed Super-Vets Team (Member Combined Age >100)

Please note this is a team event so there will be no solo category.

Age limits

The minimum age limit for the Urban Polaris is 16 unless the child is riding in a team of two with a parent or legal guardian and we have been notified upon entry. Please contact us for more information.


The National Trusts of Australia (ACT) is covered by its own Public Liability insurance. Participants will need to consider their individual requirements and are responsible for their own, Personal Accident/Injury Insurance and Ambulance Cover. For more information refer here.
